The weather may be grey, but the food, neighborhoods and people are anything but.
Come hungry. Bring a raincoat. And when something sounds slightly weird, that is probably the thing you should do.

Go for the view and a drink. The city has more exciting meals elsewhere.
A good family stop, especially when already spending a day in Washington Park.
Pretty, but only worth the splurge when a river cruise genuinely excites you.
